KIK Custom Products has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic Accounts Receivable Coordinator. The successful candidate will be a key member within Shared Services which is responsible for Collecting over $2.0B in receipts annually.


  • Provide accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Respond to service support requests/inquires
  • Serve as a primary contact for role
  • Liaise with various internal/external stakeholders as required to ensure smooth management of the process
  • Contribute to monthly and annual review process.
  • Organize, and Maintain appropriate files and documents
  • Maintain training manuals with updated processes
  • Prepare and send statements to customers
  • Contact customers on past due balances as per Company policies
  • Manage and monitor assigned accounts
  • Perform Account reconciliations as needed
  • Investigate deductions for validity and accuracy
  • Maintain and update dispute management system on investigation
  • Obtain approval to close out dispute
  • Contact customer for unauthorized amounts


  • Post-secondary degree or diploma with a concentration on accounting/finance or related discipline
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to prioritize workflow and operate independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
  • Understands the general principles of accounting either through previous experience in a related role OR through post –secondary program.
  • Experience using or knowledge of large ERP system (SAP, Oracle E1 9.1 or better, AS400) 
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Ability to Monitor/create periodic reports and participate in identifying/maintaining KPI’s for management
  • Experience managing large retail customers (Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, K-Mart, Loblaw’s etc.) is an asset 
  • Experience in a CPG or Manufacturing industry
  • Have worked on process improvements plans and implementations
  • High interest in Shared Services career (either future or past employment history)
