    KIK Custom Products, a $2.4B Global Organization, with 5,000+ employees worldwide, has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst for our North American Private Label Division. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Corporate Shared Services Billing Team which will accountable for 500 plus Accounts and $1.1B in North American Billables. The ideal candidate must be driven, detailed oriented, energetic, have experience in a high volume B2B billing environment to be successful.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Serve as a primary contact for role
    • Liaise with various internal/external stakeholders as required to resolve billing issues
    • Reconcile daily “shipped but not invoiced report” 
    • Secure documents for billing per policy/process and customer requirements
    • Validate billing data (PO, QTY, Price, Signatures)
    • Submit invoices to customers for processing
    • Follow-up on all missing documents
    • Monitor and maintain customer billing requirements master data
    • Research any billing discrepancies as identified
    • Generate sales journal reports and end of day completion reports
    • Prepare and review billing reconciliations
    • Assist with the month-end closing process  
    • Compile and collect data to perform ad-hoc analysis or prepare reports
    • Maintain training manuals with updated processes
    • Participate in meetings with management

    Qualifications

     

    • Post-secondary degree or diploma with a concentration in accounting/finance
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, etc.).
    • Understanding of general principles of accounting
    • Experience using JDE AS400 or large ERP in similar role
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Problem analysis and problem solving skills
    • Good customer service orientation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-starter, with the ability to prioritize workflow and operate independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment

     

    Additional Skills & Competencies

     

    • 3+ years’ experience in related role
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
    • Experience in collecting and reconciling large companies  (P&G, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Home Depot, Wal-Mart)
    • Experience in a CPG or Manufacturing industry
