KIK Custom Products has an exciting opportunity for a talented BSA – HRIS to lead a global implementation of a world class HRIS system. The successful candidate will be a key member of our expanding Information Systems Team, which is accountable for all system analyst activities for KIK Custom products globally.
The BSA – HRIS position is part of the KIK Custom Products – Information Systems team. The incumbent engages directly with business users, process owners and management alongside IT/IS team interfaces. This role is responsible for managing business process changes, functional specifications, configuration, testing, user manuals and training documentation and for providing business consultancy, change leadership and second level system support in the areas of Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits and integrated and supporting applications such Time and Attendance solutions and 3rd Party Payroll applications.
This role is based in Concord, ON but will have responsibilities for global locations with travel requirements ranging from 10-15%.
